This new communal hub built in Surrey’s Clayton Heights neighbourhood is the largest Passive House Green Building in Canada and the largest building of its kind in North America. The Clayton Community Centre is integrated with Clayton Park. We provided all concrete placing and finishing services for the centre as well as the landscaping features, walking loop and large cedar decks.
